Because these sessions are offered for free and require preparation on my part, I’m not able to reschedule no-shows.
If something unavoidable comes up, please cancel in advance so the spot can go to someone else who needs it.

No problem. If it’s not a fit right now, I’ll help you identify what is. Either way, the session will be valuable on its own.
