Yes! All clients will have access to my online strength program designed for midlife women to put muscle on and keep muscle during their healing and fat loss phases. The program has videos and demonstrations so you know exactly what to do as well gym or home options.
Yes! I understand that women’s bodies are intricately and uniquely designed, I will create a protocol based on where you’ve been, where you currently are and where you want to be. All protocols involve lab interpretation, nutrition, movement, and lifestyle factors.
