I spent years overworking, overdoing, and pushing my body to keep up with everything I was building. I thought that chasing a smaller body and pushing through exhaustion would finally make me feel better.
But it didn’t.
Instead, my hormones crashed.
My nervous system was constantly on edge. And even though on the outside I looked like I had it all together, inside I felt drained, disconnected, and stuck in survival mode.
