I want you to know that I've been where you are

I spent years overworking, overdoing, and pushing my body to keep up with everything I was building. I thought that chasing a smaller body and pushing through exhaustion would finally make me feel better.

But it didn’t.

Instead, my hormones crashed.
My nervous system was constantly on edge. And even though on the outside I looked like I had it all together, inside I felt drained, disconnected, and stuck in survival mode.


I was so drained by the end of the day, even simple things felt impossible.




Everything changed when I stopped trying to control my body - and started listening to it.
